In the first July update package, we're introducing improvements to Group Booking management, as well as enhancements to the user interface and usability.

Group Bookings - Bulk Edit

We’ve added the ability to select multiple reservations within a group and apply bulk actions. This new group booking management feature is accessible from the "Bookings" tab of the group reservation. 

Key Features of Bulk Editing: 

• Selection: Choose specific bookings, booking bundles, or all bookings

• Check-in: Perform check-in for selected bookings

• Check-out: Perform check-out for selected bookings

• Cancellation: Cancel selected bookings

• Detach: Remove selected bookings from the group reservation

Group Bookings – UI Improvements 

We improved the interface and layout of the Bookings tab to make it clearer and more user-friendly. A clearer icon was added in front of the guest count. We introduced color coding and icons next to the check-in status. Overall, the page layout was refined to be more visually appealing. 

Overbooking Support in MultiBook

Based on customer requests, MultiBook now supports overbooking for both nightly and hourly products. This allows overbookings to be made via the Backoffice. The change does not affect webshop functionality or OTA channel availability.

A visual example of overbooking in MultiBook is shown below. You’ll receive a warning about the overbooking at every step of the booking process, marked with an orange warning color.
