Three small but mighty updates are here! New filter in bookings list, new payment types, and an accounting disaster prevented. See what's new below:


Filter by requests in Bookings list


You are now able to filter by "is request," which then lists only on request bookings in the Bookings list: 



New payment types added 


Introducing new payment types: Lunch Voucher, Employee benefit - mobile & Employee benefit - vouchers. 



Invoice deletion prevented


As announced in the last notification, it's no longer be possible to delete invoices. This update significantly improves system accuracy and reduces the risk of errors:


  • Accounting becomes more precise and consistent
  • Reports function more reliably and accurately
  • Issues caused by deleting invoices in bookings are prevented


Even though the delete option is no longer be available, all necessary corrections can still be made easily:


  • Create a credit invoice and then issue a new invoice
  • Edit the existing invoice or draft
  • Add payment entries, and correct them when needed with negative payment entries
