✳️ New Feature: Operational Notes

In Moder, each booking can now include three types of notes:

  • Additional Notes
    Visibility: All operational views
    Source: Added by the guest during webshop booking; also visible in the GuestApp.

  • Our Notes
    Visibility: Booking preview (limited)
    Purpose: Internal use only — e.g., invoicing details, automatic updates from Booking.com.

  • ✨ Operational Notes
    Visibility: All key operational views — internal only
    Purpose: Keep your team aligned on guest needs and actions.




Key Features

  • Add operational notes to any booking via Edit Booking

  • Notes appear across all important operational tools and views
    ➡️ Now everyone on your team knows what needs to be done and when!


What Should You Write in Operational Notes?

Operational Notes are your team’s single source of truth for handling special requests and guest-specific needs for a particular booking.


Examples of Operational Notes:

  • Separate beds needed + baby cot required

  • Guest has nut allergy

  • Arrival via flight AY123 on July 10 at 16:35

  • Guest uses a wheelchair


Where Are Operational Notes Visible?

Operational Notes show up in all the key places your team works:

  • MultiBook (during booking creation)

  • Booking preview

  • Edit Booking view

  • Cleaning list

  • Accommodation & Activity views

  • Activity daily printout

  • Slot manifest

  • Remove the double OTA-logo from Calendar
  • Reports > Open invoices > Fix export excel link.
