All extra services now in one view!


The new Extras overview offers a window into all sold add-on services. You get a complete overview from a single screen and can plan, for example, staff resourcing for the restaurant, reception, or even the cleaning team.



Where does the data in Extras overview come from?

In Moder, extra services are set for a specific date. In the extra service settings, you can define whether the service is automatically recorded for check-in, check-out, or stayover days. You can also edit a booking’s extra services and assign them to a specific day. Based on this, the Extra Services view shows the exact number of services sold per day.


You can also filter the Extras overview view in a variety of ways:

  • Search by product name. You can search using full or partial product names to filter the view.

  • Set a date range for the view. You can view data for a single day or, for example, an entire month of extra services.

  • Filter by product type. You can view extra services or those included in the main product price (e.g., breakfast) separately.

  • Product categories. You can select the desired extra service category and filter the view accordingly.


Displayed information

The view shows the number of extra services per day.

  • Linen. In this example, linens are included in the accommodation price. This is indicated by the ✅ icon. Additionally, linens are counted based on the number of people in the reservation. This is shown with the two-person icon. Linens are marked in the extra service settings for the arrival day.

  • Final cleaning. Final cleaning is also included in the accommodation price. It is set in the extra service settings for check-out days, and the Extra Services view displays cleaning on departure days.

  • Breakfast. Breakfast has been created as a product as follows: It is included in the accommodation price, counted based on the number of guests, and is set for both stayover and check-out days. This way, the view shows accurate daily breakfast amounts.

  • Dinner. Dinner is a separately sold extra service, and it is indicated with the ?️ icon. The extra service has been sold for a specific day, and the number of dinners is shown for that day.

  • Late check-out. Late check-out is an extra service sold at an additional cost and is set in the extra service settings for the check-out day. This allows you to directly see the number of late check-outs for a given day.



The extra services overview is a powerful operational tool that helps you plan and manage your work efficiently!

New guests tab for group reservations


Group reservations have received further improvements. A new guests tab is now available within a group reservation, providing a quick overview of the room number and room type, guest names, email addresses, and phone numbers - all at a glance.



The information can also be edited simply by clicking and don't forget to save!
