Why are we making this change?
This update significantly improves system accuracy and reduces the risk of errors:
- Accounting becomes more precise and consistent
- Reports function more reliably and accurately
- Issues caused by deleting invoices in bookings are prevented
What can you do instead of deleting an invoice?
Even though the delete option will no longer be available, all necessary corrections can still be made easily:
- Create a credit invoice and then issue a new invoice
- Edit the existing invoice or draft
- Add payment entries, and correct them when needed with negative payment entries
