Where do I add my Stripe Account ID in Moder?

You can add your Stripe Account ID in Moder:

Settings → Integrations → Payment → Stripe.


Please note:

  • Your Stripe account must be fully verified and activated before payments can be processed
  • You can verify your account by completing the onboarding process in your Stripe Dashboard


How do I enable more payment methods in my online shop?

You can manage which payment methods appear in your online shop directly from your Stripe Dashboard under the Payment methods section.

How do I make a refund for a Stripe payment?

If a customer has made a booking or purchased a service in your webshop using Stripe, you can issue a refund directly from your Stripe Dashboard.


How do I log in to my Stripe Dashboard?

For data security reasons, always log in to Stripe only through the official link provided during your account setup. The login link is sent to you when your Stripe account is created and verified through Moder's onboarding process.


From your dashboard, you can manage transactions, refunds, payouts, and payment methods.


Where can I find Stripe payout reports?

Payout reports and transaction overviews can be found in your Stripe Dashboard.
