Updates
1. Update to the old group booking view
The old group booking system is being standardized with MultiBook, and for this reason, some updates have been made. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) will now be mandatory before proceeding with a group booking.
Please note that if you have existing group bookings, the group name will appear as "anonymous," but the company name will still be visible on the list.
2. Customer registry
The first version of the so-called customer registry has been introduced in Moder. You can find it by navigating to the "Customers" section. A company registry will be added later.
Customer Information Collected:
- Name
- Company
- Phone
- Municipality
- Country
- Language
- Marketing communication allowed/not allowed
- Total number of bookings
- Number of accommodation bookings
- Number of activity bookings
- Duration (nights)
- Customer lifetime value based on bookings
Customers can be filtered by the following criteria:
If a customer has multiple profiles, they cannot be merged.
A yellow star next to the customer’s name indicates that the customer has multiple bookings (a returning customer).
Any changes made to a customer's profile will take effect from the next booking onward. The updated information will not be applied to previous bookings.
You can open a customer’s profile by clicking on their name.
From the customer window, you can make a booking for the customer through MultiBook.
For example VIP information and other relevant notes can be saved in the "Notes" section of the customer profile. These notes will be displayed at the top of the booking page
Fixes
Fixed a minor bug where the total pricing of an activity created as a virtual product was displayed incorrectly in the activity time slot window in the online store. The correct price was shown only when proceeding with the booking. Additionally, the number of available slots was not automatically decreasing as intended.
Fixed an issue in MultiBook where custom pricing was not always updating correctly on the booking in certain situations.
