31.10.24 - Invoicing tab in the booking preview window, improvements to reports, and other updates and fixes

Modified on Fri, 1 Nov, 2024 at 10:37 AM

1. The name of the product displayed on the invoice

If you have used another name for the product in the webshop by changing it with translation, the translated version will now be shown on the invoice

2. Cancelled sales channel  bookings removed from the sales for accounting- report

Previously, cancelled sales channel reservations remained on the report (marked as canceled, without a credit note status).

3. Invoicing tab in the reservation preview window

An invoice can now be created directly from the preview window, and an already created invoice can also be sent from there.

When the invoice is paid, its status can be checked here. Additionally, a receipt can be sent to the customer if desired.

4. New product type "parking" added

A new product type has been added to Moder; now parking can also be sold as an overnight product, for example

5. Improvements to the accounting report

The report can now be filtered by room type or by individual room

Additional fixes:

* Sorting of items has been fixed in the online store, where products now appear in the desired order

* The frontdesk user can now see the customer search field results when making a reservation through MultiBook.

* Fixed a bug where Safari users couldn’t see the customer search field in MultiBook.

* Previously, a PartnerModer user couldn’t delete a room type linked to a Destination. Now, this is possible if the PartnerModer user first ensures there are no reservations for the procut, and the DestinationModer user removes the link from their Moder.

- First, uncheck "virtual item."

- Then, remove the link from both dropdown menus.

- Uncheck "active, available for booking."

- Save changes and close.
