Updates:

1. Custom Door Codes:

Previously, custom door codes were visible in the GuestApp 2 hours before the check-in time.

This has been updated, and now the codes become visible when the check-in time begins.

2. Linked Bookings:

Marking the invoice for a linked booking as paid now also marks the booking itself as paid.

Fixes and Improvements:

1. Booking "Invoicing" tab fixes:

• The number of bookings was displayed incorrectly.
• Now, only admin and front desk users can access the invoicing tab.
• Total numbers in the invoicing tab were incorrect.
• If a linked booking was canceled, the invoicing tab failed to load.
• In some invoices, booking numbers were not displayed.
• Overinvoiced bookings are now highlighted with warning colors and icons.

2. In October, over a short period, add-ons that had been previously removed might have reappeared on bookings. This was linked to a new functionality related to canceled bookings (coming to Moder in the future). The issue has been resolved.

3.  Enhanced invoicing when additional bookings are added to an existing booking that has already been invoiced (via MultiBook)

4. Some bookings experienced issues between December 4–5 when attempting to move them to a different room or copy the booking. There were also problems retrieving invoices.

These issues were resolved on December 5.

5. Deposit ledger report fix: Previously, if two invoices were created for one booking, the original booking amount was displayed twice in the report.

This has been fixed, and invoice amounts are now displayed correctly in the report.
