Your cleaning partner can log in and use Moder's resource planner with the following steps:
Username and password
Username: email address of the cleaning partner
Setting a password the first time: https://app.moder.fi/forgot-password
You will receive instructions for setting a password in your email
Login to the service/cleaning portal:
- The system can be used with a computer or a phone
- Resource planning:
- Weekly view of reservations and cleanings
- You can choose a wide and narrow view from the top. This is how you can see the purchased additional services
- Cleaning list:
- You can see today's situation in the rooms
- When the customer is checked into the system, the room automatically changes to dirty
- You can mark the cleaning done when the cleaning physically is done
- The cleaning list can be filtered by, for example, "dirty"
- The cleaning list can be downloaded in PDF format
