1. Where do I add Paytrail's merchant ID and merchant Secret key in Moder?
The merchant ID and merchant Sevret key are added to Settings --> Integrations --> Payment integrations. Please note that Paytrail's contract must be signed before the credentials are active. The contract is signed from within the Paytrail merchant panel.
2. How can I get more payment methods in my online store?
You can manage the payment methods visible in your online store through Paytrail's merchant panel (from the Payment methods section).

3. How do I make a refund for a payment made via Paytrail?
If you want to issue a refund to a customer who has booked a room or other service from your online store and paid via Paytrail, the refund must be made via the Paytrail merchant panel.

You can find the settlement reports in Paytrail's merchant panel. If you wish, you can also order them in your email from the merchant panel.
