Cash receipt: How do I create cash receipt in Moder

  • Go to the reservation for which you want to create a cash payment receipt.

 

  • Click "Create invoice".

 

  • Click the "Edit" function on the invoice. Remove the selection mark from the section "Payment link Paytrail" and edit the other necessary columns. Put 0 in "Payment term" so that the due date of the invoice becomes the invoice creation date.

 

  • Click "Save" ---> click "Save as invoice".

 

  • On the invoice, click "Mark as paid" and change the payment method of the invoice to cash.

 

  • Go back to the reservation (click on the reservation number on the invoice). A cash payment note and a receipt for the cash payment have now appeared on the reservation. You can open and print the PDF receipt directly from the reservation.
