Important Notes
Do not create a Beds24 account yourself; Moder creates and manages it.
Closed periods and blocked dates must be configured in Moder before activation.
Per occupancy pricing supports additional guest fees per night only (Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb).
Booking.com and Expedia length-of-stay discounts must be configured separately in the OTA.
Airbnb fees (cleaning fee, pet fee, etc.) and stay discounts remain managed in Airbnb and should be verified after activation.
After pricing changes in Moder, use "Update rates to sales channels" to speed up OTA updates.
Moder sends prices 12 months ahead by default (24 months on request for Booking.com and Expedia).
