✅ Issue resolved – Moder is operating normally again

The technical issue affecting Moder today has been resolved, and the service is operating normally again. The outage started at approximately 2:00 p.m. and was resolved at 2:20 p.m. (Finnish time).

What happened?

Moder experienced a brief outage in its login service, during which users were unable to log in. The service recovered automatically. The outage did not affect reservations, payments, or stored data.

The underlying issue has been identified, and we are working to improve the reliability of the login service under all conditions. We will update this announcement if any further information becomes available.
