Moder's support team is training on 27-28 August 2026.

During this time, regular phone support is unavailable.

We ask that the on-call number be used only for urgent, system‑crashing, or reservation‑blocking issues:

• When Moder does not open at all

• The online store has an error state that prevents making a reservation

• The system reports a critical error

This ensures that acute support is available to those who need it.
