Moder support team will be training on 16-17 March 2026.

During this time, regular phone support will be unavailable.

We ask that the on-call number be used only for urgent, system‑critical, or reservation‑blocking issues:

• When Moder doesn't open at all

• The online store has an error state that prevents making a reservation

• The system reports a critical error

This ensures that acute support is available to those who need it.
