Daily key figures report in a nutshell

From the daily key figures report you see the most important metrics of the accommodation sector, which help you monitor the company's performance accurately and in real time:

  • Occupancy rate – indicates how much of the accommodation capacity is booked over a given period

  • ADR (Average Daily Rate) – average room price per sold room

  • RevPAR (Revenue per Available Room) – revenue per available room; combines occupancy rate and ADR

  • TRevPAR (Total Revenue per Available Room) – total revenue per available room, including ancillary services

  • Primary product revenue – total revenue generated by the accommodation product, i.e., lodging sales revenue without ancillary services

Additionally, the report includes the following supplementary key figures, which help to understand customers' behavior and the structure of revenues even better:

  • Revenue from additional services – indicates how much revenue is generated from additional services outside of accommodation

  • Average length of stay – describes how many nights guests stay on average

  • Average booking window – indicates how many days before arrival bookings are typically made
