We have hired a new, special employee to our team – AI Moderator. She doesn't need coffee breaks, so the response can come faster than from us human colleagues.

What does the Moderator do?
She tries his best to answer all support questions – whether it's about invoices, payment markings, pricing, or other headache‑inducing matters.
If the Moderator doesn't know the answer, us human colleagues will rush to help within support opening hours.

Contract: temporary
The Moderator is on a trial period until the end of May. We will test how he performs, and decide on continuation afterwards – we also reserve the right to terminate her contract earlier if necessary.

If the Moderator successfully completes the trial period with good scores, her activity may expand to a chat - support 24/7.
