Managing invoices in BookingHub is now faster and smoother! 🎉

You can now perform the most common invoice actions directly from BookingHub, without having to open the invoice separately for each action.

We have added a new menu for invoices, where you can:

• Save an invoice draft as an invoice

• Send the invoice as a PDF invoice by selecting Send invoice

• Send the invoice as a Paytrail payment link by selecting Send payment link

• Mark the invoice as paid

• Send the receipt

• Create a credit invoice for the invoice

You can still edit an invoice draft or a completed invoice as usual by clicking the "Draft"- text or the invoice number.

Please note that when you use the "Create single invoice" function in BookingHub, the invoice page will no longer open automatically. The created invoice draft will remain visible in BookingHub, where you can continue managing it through the new menu.

This update is just the first step in improving the entire invoicing process. Next, we’ll be updating and improving the invoice editing page, with these changes rolling out over the next few weeks. Stay tuned!
