Moder's new Chat: Help directly in Moder

Moder now has a new AI-powered chat in the bottom-right corner, giving you help exactly when and where you need it.

With the new chat:

📍 You can ask for advice directly where you are already working

⚡ You get an answer to the most common questions instantly

🔎 Quickly find Moder Guide articles with the “Check the knowledge base” search

🙋 If necessary, the conversation moves to Moder's support team

🕘 You can see your previous conversations in the chat history and return to them later

Are you on a report and wondering what a certain number means? Or making a reservation and can't remember how a certain function works? Open the chat directly in Moder, ask and you will get an answer immediately.

In the chat, you are primarily helped by our Moder Chat AI Assistant, who knows Moder's guidelines like their own pockets, and doesn't even need coffee breaks. ☕ It can answer questions related to using Moder and also find the appropriate instruction for you directly from the guides.

When does Moder's AI Chat Assistant respond in the chat?

Moder's AI Chat Assistant currently responds between 9 AM-4 PM (Finnish time), just like us in support, but its working hours may be extended if things go well.

What if I don't get an answer?

If the question is one that the AI cannot answer, no worries: the conversation will be transferred to our support team at your request, and we will continue it within our normal support hours.

You open and close the chat with a button that looks like this:

In which languages does the chat work?

The chat works in both Finnish and English; you can change the language from the top selection. The chat also recognizes the language you ask in.
