Hotel Operations analytics is here 🎉

We have released a new, highly requested Hotel Operations analytics section in Moder. It brings together the key operational metrics and sales data for both accommodation and hourly products in one view.

Hotel Operations analytics is now available to all customers on the Moder Small+ plan and above.

You can find the new analytics section in Moder under:
Analytics → Insights → Hotel Operations

Key accommodation metrics by day

Hotel Operations analytics gives you an easy overview of your accommodation operations and key daily metrics.

The view includes, among other things:

• Booked and available rooms

• Arriving, departing and stayover rooms and guests

• Occupancy rate

• Bookings made from allotments

• Rooms held in allotments

Sales and key performance metrics

The same view also allows you to track sales performance. The analytics includes:

• Daily accommodation sales

• Daily extra service sales

• Total sales

• Average Daily Rate (ADR)

• Revenue per Available Room (RevPAR)

Hourly-based product data

Hotel Operations also brings together the key metrics for hourly-based products. In addition to sales data, you can track metrics such as daily visitor numbers and the average price of hourly products.

With the new analytics, you get a comprehensive overview of your daily operations, occupancy and sales in one place.

Export data easily to Excel

You can easily export Hotel Operations analytics data to Excel by clicking the Export to Excel button in the top-right corner of the view. This allows you to use the data for further analysis and reporting.
